I'm so glad I found the Hawkins Home Team. Each member of the team took charge of different aspects of the purchase, from finding a house to helping with the loan and paperwork process to a coordinator to keep everybody organized and make sure that all details were completed on time. I will use them again when it comes time to sell my old house.
Everyone I interacted with at Hawkins Home Team treated me like a friend or family member - not just a paycheck. I met with other realtors before I met Christy, but right away I knew she was someone who I trusted to sell my home and to represent my home well to buyers. Both Christy and Grant (as well as their admin staff) were always patient, readily available to me, and enthused about selling my home. I truly felt like they were celebrating with me. Often times, working with realtors isn't a great experience, but with Hawkins Home Team, the only thing about the process that isn't great is saying goodbye to them when the sale is over.
We had a realtor before we met Christy. I found this beautiful house that I thought was my dream home and asked to see it 3 different times. The house sold within 2 weeks and I never got to see it. I was very frustrated when a friend recommended Christy. She asked me lots of questions and when she saw a house she thought I'd like, or one I found I liked, it didn't matter, she made time, and we went to see it. She wasn't going to let our dream home get away. I appreciate her responsiveness and her help in finding us our dream home. It's perfect. And her husband is a sweetheart, too.
